Jessica Jackson
Co-founder of ICE, Jessica began gymnastics in the first grade and competitive cheerleading in the third grade. She cheered throughout junior high and high-school and was captain of the varsity high-school squad for two years, as well as an NCA All-American. She then went on to cheer for the University of Arkansas and become a UCA Staff Member. Jessica has been coaching All-Star Cheerleading in Colorado for eight years and has coached three Colorado All-Star State Champion Pee Wee Teams, one Colorado All-Star State Champion Mini Team, and the 2007 Jamfest – Fun Jam Mini Level 3 National Champions. She has also coached and choreographed for various local high-schools.
Chris Jackson
Co-founder of ICE, Chris began taking gymnastics lessons at age seven and was a competitive gymnast for eight years. Chris was trained by Olympian, Jim Culhane in Houston, TX. His first coaching job was at Karolyi’s World Gymnastics Camp in 1986 where he taught tumbling to gymnasts and cheerleaders. Chris was a Varsity Cheerleader at Colorado State University for four years and an athlete coach for two of those years. Chris has been coaching All-Star Cheerleading in Colorado for five years and has coached three Colorado All-Star State Champion Pee Wee Teams and one Colorado All-Star State Cham[pion Mini Team. Chris emphasizes proper progression and building a solid foundation of basic skills in order to safely achieve tumbling and cheerleading goals.
Holly LeForce
Holly cheered throughout high school on both a high school
team and a competitive all star team. She was also a competitor
in trampoline and tumbling for six years. Holly went to Colorado
State University where she cheered for three years. In 2005 she joined
the Denver Nuggets Cheerleading Squad, of which she is a current member. Holly
coached for UCA for two years and has been coaching with ICE since
2006.
Shad Heffernan
Originally from Minnesota, Shad
began cheerleading in college at North Dakota State University where
he cheered for four years. Shad has coached for UCA and was a
member of the 2006 – 2007 Denver Nuggets Cheerleading Team and is
a member of the 2007 - 2008 Denver Nuggets Cheerleading Team.
Kelli Knight
Kelli participated in gymnastics for ten years including
club and high-school. She danced for twelve years, studying tap, ballet,
and jazz. Kelli was on the high-school diving team for three years. Kelli
has coached gymnastics for South Suburban Recreation Center and has
been coaching with ICE for two years.
