Encore offers competitive team programs sponsoring teams from USAG Level 4 and up.  Under the leadership of Team Director Helen Mueller, the teams have been successful in competitions up to and including the State level meet.

USAG team members typically practice 3-4 nights per week for a total of 10 to 20 hours.

For those gymnasts who desire a less intense training regimen, Encore offers an EAGLES program.  The program offers competition at all skill levels under the direction of Coach Helen.

EAGLES participants typically practice 2-3 nights per weeks for a total of 5 to 9 hours

Encore has been proud to serve as the official training center for the combined Highlands Ranch high school gymnastics team.  Coach Emily Darte serves as the head coach for the team.  The combined team, which competes under the Rock Canyon Jaguars banner, consists of students from Rock Canyon, Highlands Ranch, Mountain Vista and ThunderRidge high schools.
