Team

Encore offers several team programs for girls, including USAG Junior Olympic and Xcel programs. In addition, Encore serves as the host for the high school gymnastics program in Highlands Ranch.

USAG Junior Olympic Program

Encore offers competitive team programs sponsoring teams from USAG

Level 4 and up. Under the leadership of Team Director Helen, the teams have been successful in competitions up to and including the State level meet.

USAG team members typically practice 3-4 nights per week for a total of 10 to 20 hours.

USAG Xcel EAGLEs Program

For those gymnasts who desire a less intense training regimen, Encore offers an EAGLES program. The program offers competition at all skill levels under the direction of Coach Emily. EAGLEs is a USAG snactioned league under the USAG Xcel PREP OP program

EAGLES participants typically practice 2-3 nights per weeks for a total of 5 to 9 hours

High School Gymnastics

Encore has been proud to serve as the official training center for the combined Highlands Ranch high school gymnastics team. Coach Emily Darte serves as the head coach for the team. The combined team, which competes under the Rock Canyon Jaguars banner, consists of students from Rock Canyon, Highlands Ranch, Mountain Vista and ThunderRidge high schools. Starting in January 2012, the gym will also host a High School Prep program that works with curent and prospective high school gymnasts in a less intensive format than that offered under USAG training schedules.
