I hope everyone had a bountiful Thanks-giving! Now get the Christmas decorations out and let’s gear up for the crazy
holiday season. Christmas stocking ornaments are being distributed
to all of the kids to hang on the gym’s Christmas tree.
I would
like to update you regarding my new baby boy. Broden River Paulson,
8 lb 8 oz, was born on November 18. I have been enjoying some
time off to get acquainted with him and am very much enjoying being
a mommy again. It is definitely a big change having 2 kiddos,
but I am having a great time. There is nothing like starting
over with diapers again.
Just a reminder, the gym will be closed
for classes the weeks of December 19thJanuary 1st. We will re-open
with a new session starting January 2nd. During the break we
are offering some open gym times so the kids can get out of the house
and get some physical activity. Please look at the schedule
located in this newsletter.
We will also be offering our annual Kid Free Shopping Spree on December 19th from 9:00am –1:00pm.. We like to offer this special event to help parents out with getting that last minute shopping done. You can drop the kids off here, and take four extra hours to get some stuff done. We all know how busy we get during this time. Let us help you out! Just sign-up at the front desk. Just an FYI, we will be serving lunch, so one less thing to worry about.
On
a sad note, we need to wish Miss Allyson, our fantastic office manager,
good luck and farewell. Miss Allyson’s last day will be December
17th. She is off to Regis University to further pursue her education/career
as a Neonatal Practitioner. I along with all of the staff will
miss her very much. We just hired Megan to replace her, (although
Allyson is irreplaceable) so please stop by the front desk to say
hello, Our front desk training and transition will occur over
the next two weeks..
Our team programs continue to be successful. Details are contained in a separate article. Congratulations
to all of our competitive gymnasts and a big thanks to the dedicated
team coaches.
As always, I appreciate your support of Encore. I wish everyone a happy and healthy
Holiday Season and we will see
you in the New Year.
